For our dynamic, fast growing company, we are looking for an experienced Partner Sales Manager. The Partner sales Manager will recruit, enable and manage Partner organisations and thus effectively extends the reach of our organisation in new and existing verticals, segments and regions. The Partner Sales Manager will reach out to partners prospects, assess their value to our organisation, their capacity to execute (effectiveness) and their business development capabilities. The Partner Sales Manager will help to meet and surpass business expectations and (by enabling the CAS Partner ecosystem) will be an essential contributor to the company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute in a SaaS sales customer-centric methodology
  • Familiarize yourself with key concepts in customs compliance ‘Jobs to be Done’
  • Show how our solution and services solve the needs and pains by preparing and delivering presentations and demos
  • Actively follow-up on the status your Partners’ SQL, helping Partners to find, as well as develop and land relevant business opportunities
  • Help them to interpret potential customers’ needs and pains
  • Understand the client purchasing process and assist the Partners to navigate the process in order to increase Partner readiness
  • Help Partners in preparing and delivering Request for Proposals and Quotations
  • Set relevant targets to measure Partner performance and plan Business Reviews to discuss progress
  • Be a team player, we are here to help, we expect the same from you
  • Share your insights captured from Partners and market with the internal teams

Skills:
  • You have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience with selling B2B SaaS solutions or services
  • You can show for a proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets
  • You have experience in managing indirect (Partner) channels and/or in a sales/partner sales management role
  • You possess the start-up/scale-up DNA
  • Fluency in English is a must, French, Dutch, German or other languages are important
  • Experience with structured reporting tools is important
  • You have the desire to grow yourself, your team and the company
  • You obtained knowledge of logistics/customs and international trade
