Dan ben jij onze nieuwe specialist die binnen het Digital MarCom & Leadgen team aan de slag gaat om onze teams te ondersteunen op zowel commercieel als administratief vlak!
Then you are the specialist who will work within the Digital MarCom & Leadgen team to support our teams on both commercial and administrative levels!
What does your working day as leadgen & support officer look like?
Your tasks will be varied, but the most important tasks consist of:
- Prospection (not only online, but also during events), you will schedule the appointments that result from the prospection with your sales colleagues.
- Desk research & opportunity spotting for the sales & leadgen team
- Explore proactively tools and methods related to lead generation with internal stakeholders.
- Prospection operations: (cold) callings, mailings, social DM’s, campaigns to leads
- Processing the daily activities and put the data in the CRM system
- A good administration is crucial for measuring our activities
- Converting leads (to appointments, downloads, registrations for events, market research, …) for different internal stakeholders in the organization.
- Weekly reporting of the results obtained and possible intermediate conclusions to the stakeholders involved.
Do you have what it takes?
Hard skills
- Proactive and structured working are characteristic of the job you are looking for
- You are accurate in tracking, handling and reporting data
- You have good communication and commercial skills and make contacts quickly
- You speak fluent Dutch, and have good English communication skills.
- A good knowledge of French is a plus ;-)
Soft skills
- Mindset and motivation is more important than experience
- A first experience in a commercial environment or sales is a plus (not a must)
- A first experience in a commercial environment or sales is a plus (not a must)
- You would like to delve into telephone prospecting or have already gained experience in this
- You are passionate about administrative work and customer contact by telephone, and you can strike a good balance between routine and challenging work
