About Our Client

Our customer provides supply chain services to its customers worldwide and has presence in more than 30 countries.

Job Description

As L&D Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • You create and implement the L&D strategy, roadmap and roll out plan making sure it is aligned with the company goals and foster a learning culture

  • You oversee and develop the Learning Academy by offering diverse learning methods (blended learning, classroom, e-learning...)

  • You focus on people development and make sure that employees and managers have the necessary tools and training to become future leaders

  • You manage and coordinate the LMS globally and ensure the proper roll out of L&D initiatives locally

  • You work on competency management, traineeship program, onboarding processes, performance review and liaise with HR Business Partners when it comes to effective implementation

  • You analyze the skills matrix and collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on an assessment strategy

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • You have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience

  • You have more than 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management domains

  • You have experience working in an international environment and have strong project management skills

  • You feel comfortable in the design, implementation, coordination, roll out of global L&D initiatives and programs

  • You have excellent communication skills allowing to inspire and drive change in a fast paced environment

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English

  • You have operational knowledge of Learning Management systems
