About The Role

You will be working in a team that plays a key role in optimizing logistics performance across the EMEA region. As a Logistics Business Analyst, you will turn data into actionable insights, support strategic decisions, and help ensure our logistics operations run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

What You’ll Do

Cost Analysis (30%)

  • Monitor logistics invoices and ensure alignment with contractual agreements
  • Flag and investigate budget deviations to support cost control

Supplier & Shipping Team Support (40%)

  • Act as the go-to contact for logistics suppliers and internal shipping teams
  • Participate in governance meetings and identify process gaps through data analysis

Strategic Analysis (30%)

  • Provide insights to support logistics network decisions and annual budget planning
  • Assist in preparing training materials for the shipping team

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations analysis
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics processes and optimize supply chain performance
  • Proficiency in ERP (ideally SAP) and data tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of ISO and JSOX compliance standards
