Your responsibilities

Under supervision of the Director Technology & Maintenance / Technical Purchase:

You enhance the development of maintenance processes and the harmonization over the different plants. You implement preventative and corrective maintenance strategies to optimize in this way safety, efficiency, and availability of machines
You carry out the best in practice philosophy in our group
You follow up the use of the maintenance software in the plants and support the plants in the optimalisation of software use
You support technical purchases (machinery/ peripheral equipment) and the follow up of these purchasing contracts
You play an important role in negotiating purchasing- and maintenance contracts
You follow up budgets and costs
You are involved in the choice and confirmation of maintenance software and asset management tools

Your profile

You have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in a technical orientation
You have strong project skills and well-developed analytical skills
You can lead projects and interact with cross functional teams
You have a positive attitude when facing adversity and demonstrate a hands-on style
You practice effective communication and negotiation skills
Experience and knowledge of Maintenance software and tools is a plus
You are willing to travel and visit the different plants on a regular basis
English is mandatory, other local languages are an asset
