工作内容
As a Management Assistant, you will support different managers and be responsible for numerous administrative tasks at DEME Offshore. You will work within a team of 3 management assistants at our Head Quarters in Zwijndrecht, Belgium.
- You manage the agendas of different managers. This includes a.o. internal and external meetings, travel plans.
- You take on general secretary tasks such as being the first contact for incoming calls and managing mailboxes.
- You are responsible for the arrangement for bookings of flights and hotels.
- You make sure that the different databases and lists are up to date. (e.g. Sharepoint)
- You place orders and follow them up.
- You take care of ad hoc administrative tasks.
- You hold a BSc degree in Office management or a relevant discipline and/or you built up relevant experience.
- You speak English and you can express yourself in Dutch. The knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- You are well structured, organized and accurate.
- Day-to-day flexibility needs is seen as a challenge and you are resistant to stress.
- You’ve mastered the MS Office applications.
- You are a sociable and client-oriented person with strong communication skills.
