You will work for Worldline’s Merchant Services Global Business Line. This is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance and Payment Terminal solutions. Merchant Services’ unique combination of payment, digital and transactional expertise allows merchants to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.
We cover the full retail value chain, online and in-store, through a complete approach, delivering a real digital journey for retailers and their customers and facilitating consumer engagement, via seamless services, on any device – with payment at the heart of the shopping experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- You ensure that service levels are met, and all customer satisfaction grades are high
- You review process improvements, budgets, and performances
- You build relationships with stakeholders and international teams
- You develop a strong bond between two teams in two offices
- You run local project activities in collaboration with the central teams
- You lead the teams with a guiding and coaching management form
- You coordinate Corporate IT activities with the business partners and other departments
Signs of success
- You deliver KPI’s, cost savings and organizational optimizations
- You tackle global challenges regarding incidents, changes whilst managing end user support teams
- You seek opportunities to apply synergies, savings, and support improvements
- You identify the necessity of structural improvements and gaps in IT processes
- You follow through on opportunities with regards to all Corporate IT standardizations
Skills we can’t do without:
- You have certifications for MCSE or similar Windows server management tracks
- You have profound experience in O365, Azure, and the Microsoft office suite
- You possess sophisticated knowledge at Exchange server, Active Directory
- You have sophisticated skills in ITSM platforms systems such as ServiceNow
Skills we’d like:
- You prove solid knowledge of people management and proven record of managing a team in a prior role
- You have a validated understanding of network basics
- You master customer service, interoperability, and ability to work independent
