Job Description

In the Airtec division a lot of production measurement data is available coming from many sources; manual measurements from CAQ, CMM measurements, ERP and production data.

In the Quality department of the Airtec Division we are looking for a Process Engineer with projectleader skills linked to Quality-Data collection and reporting, who is willing to take ownership and is fully responsible and accountable for :

• Presenting and processing this data to the rest of the organization in a way that is useful for any of our internal users-customers.

• improving on our quality by introducing transparency on that data and integrating it in the future quality vision Q4.0

• taking the lead on this road towards Q4.0

• Looking for opportunities in these datasets and promoting them in the organization

Further more

• Fully integrate at the request of all internal users in Airtec all available digital measuring data (CAQ, PiWeb, BPCS, Merlin, …)

• Present and organize data in reports, dashboards and other tools according customer needs

• Maintain and improve data sources to guarantee continuity in the organization

• Maintain and improve existing reports and dashboards (currently mainly in Power-BI)

• Develop new tools for further describing our current Quality status, linking measurement datasets with all other relevant, available datasets

• Develop new tools for further evolving towards a smart Quality 4.0 model

• Supporteren en implementeren oplossing in onze andere buitenlandse vestigingen

Educational Requirements

• Master Industrial Engineering – Mathematics – Data Analytics

• No experience required

• Affinity with SQL – Azure Databricks – Statistics – Power BI – Power Apps

• Preferably some background in a programming environment (e.g. Matlab, R, Python, C++,…)

• Language sills : English is a minimum, Dutch is an advantage since sometimes you are working close to the shopfloor
