About The Job

• The Network Planner Officer is part of the supply and deployment planning team and are handling specific administrative tasks for the Deployment Planning team (monitoring stocks in our ERP system, triggering reservation of truck capacity, truck composition…) for all transports leaving from the supply nodes in the plant based network (Plant Based factories, Plant Based warehouse hubs and Plant Based 3PMs/third parties).
• Reserve and compose transports in our ERP system (SAP) taking into account the Deployment plan, our product transport requirements and the maximum volume and weight distribution per truck
• Monitor stock availability for above mentioned transports, check for (early) quality releases, prepare warehouse picking, check with deployment planner for product replacement if needed to ensure optimal truck fill
• Monitor timely loading and registration on above mentioned transports including follow-up of EDI interfaces from 3PM/external parties
• Monitor timely arrival on transports between our supply planning nodes (own factories, warehouses and 3PM). In case of delays, you update the ETA in our ERP system.
• Monitor and confirm in our SAP system all productions done at/by PB 3PMs
• Monitor and confirm in our SAP system all receipts (or loadings) of R&P done at/by PB 3PMs
• Align the stocks of finished products, packaging and raw materials at PB 3PMs in our SAP ERP system with the stock info provided by the 3PM, including root-cause analysis in case of stock deviations
• Planning and registration of replenishment, repack and return of VAL-activities by external partners which are managed by the D2D EU supply & deployment planning team. This includes identifying required raw materials, packaging and semi-finished products to be shipped to the external partner, organizing & register of the transport to the external partner for these materials and organizing and registering of the collection of the finished product at the external partner
• Register in SAP ERP the sales of R&P from PB companies to non PB companies
• Active involvement in the design and setup of new product flows and the onboarding of new supply points managed by the D2D EU supply and deployment organization. You are involved from the design phase (determine ideal flow), the setup of the flow in our systems, supporting the go-live and post go-live improvements
• Identifying improvements to existing product flows and way of working with our internal and external supply points, active participation in these improvement projects and finally monitoring the results of the improvement post go-live
• You (pro)actively communicate with all relevant stakeholders
• Your main focus is on the short term horizon
  

About You

• You have a bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
• A first experience in planning or logistics is a plus
• You have a can-do attitude, are stress resilient, accurate and like to work with numbers
• You are a true team player
• Knowledge of Excel and SAP is a big plus
• Fluently in Dutch and English, both written and spoken to align with different international internal stakeholders
