BOSAL is a Dutch privately owned company, headquartered in Belgium, Lummen where we have our global R&D and knowledge centre. We are mainly known as a global Tier 1 automotive supplier, and already in business since 1923. We employ about 2200 people in various production facilities of which the largest ones are situated in Mexico, Brazil, Czechia, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey and South Africa.

Currently we are looking for a New Business Developer for our Belgium plant:

Bosal is in transition and developing. That is why we are looking for a new business developer. Our goal is to expand our unique knowledge and experience of metal products in various industries. Are you the person wo will expand our activities?

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the business plans to develop New Business for our R&D / knowledge center in Belgium.
  • Responsible for key customer meetings and negotiations.
  • Responsible for setting and following up actions to meet the strategic targets of New Business.
  • Develop the sales channels together with the Bosal sales companies.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities based on market requests and demands.
  • Secure execution of New Business projects.
  • Responsible for sales and cost forecasting for new business.
  • Manage the acquisition pipeline for new business.

Skills & expertise:

  • Master or Bachelor degree in business (Commercial) or in Engineering.
  • Experience in international technical sales.
  • Strong commercial drive, entrepreneur and willingness to try new things.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written.
  • Good experience in networking and political sensitive understanding.
  • Strive to achieve defined goals.
  • Constantly challenging yourself to reach the unexpected.
