ABOUT THE COMPANY

StaffYourTribe is active in IT expert recruiting and staffing (consultants).

Within the current market situation, it is a real challenge to find IT profiles.

This is where StaffYourTribe comes in as a partner in finding the relevant IT profiles. We adapt and succeed.

We are able to correctly bring environments/positions to the IT specialists, where we act as the internal recruitment department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be directing and coordinating the team of recruiters, performing operations activities, such as;

  • You will be managing the recruitment team
  • Daily and weekly priorities in resource allocation
  • Follow up of recruiters and their success paths
  • You will lead by example by showing best practices in IT recruitment and staffing
  • Follow up of KPI’s of your team and the organization
  • Employee branding and attraction of internal staff (recruiters) and external staff (consultants)
  • Proactively follow up of consultants, by anticipation of project quality, performance, termination estimations
  • Contract follow up and proactive contract prolongation
  • Data traceability, data logging
  • Close collaboration with the business development manager in order to safeguard customer –
  • You will ensure compliance with GDPR
  • You will report the outcome of the operations team to the management team
  • You will need to plan, develop and implement organizational policies and goals accordingly
  • You need to monitor and evaluate the recruitment and staffing outcome, the consultant retention rate by improving our procedures and by implementing continuous improvement processes
  • You will evaluate on a regular basis the recruiters’ and consultants’ performance.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment and staffing in the IT world.
  • A great plus if you also have experience in people management. At least you have a proven affinity to lead a team.
  • You know how to direct and lead a multi-disciplined operation.
  • You have experience in talent development.
  • You know how to manage based on the continuous improvement of key metrics.
  • You have strong communication skills and know-how to communicate to all levels of customers and candidates
  • You have a great way of motivating others
  • You have proven knowledge or interest in performance matrices in the recruitment world.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English and good writing skills
