About Our Client

My client is an international company located in Waterloo.

Job Description
  • Access management: Ensure security processes are respected such as the registration of visitors / vendors in the appropriate systems. Assist with monitoring and escorting outsourced contractors on an as needed basis for safety and security.
  • Finance support: Invoice processing, budgets preparation and forecasts.
  • Customer service: Reply to email, telephone, tickets or face to face inquiries.
  • Reporting: write down meeting reports, printer counters, Utility & Waste management, sites inspections.
  • Support the Mailroom : courier tracking, shipment preparation, goods reception and delivery.
  • Support the Facilities Management Service : vendors management, supplies and catering orders, cupboards refill.
The Successful Applicant
  • Willingness to work on a half time basis - 19 hours per week
  • Precision, rigorousness, consciousness, Thoroughness.
  • Able to work in a team environment but also independently.
  • Preferred minimum of 1 year experience working in a administrative support position
  • Strong command of the English and French language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient with MS office package: Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
