We are looking for a People Operations Manager to own our Belgian market as we begin to rapidly scale the company. This person will manage our Belgium People Operations policies and processes ensuring they are up to date, explained well and always reviewed for potential improvements.

The Role

• Responsible for the preparation of payroll for Belgium employees in close cooperation with HR and Finance at our headquarters and local external service provider.
• Work on impactful projects to improve our employee experience in Belgium
• Act as the go-to-person for HR questions for our employees in Belgium
• Support on-boarding of new employees and manage our Belgian inventory of IT devices and office supplies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Belgium employment law & legislation is key
• Fluent in English, Dutch & French
• Helpful, service minded, and precise in your administration
• A proactive way of working and communicating
• Problem solver, you are willing to make Gorillas your mission and are ready to put a lot of hard work into making this business a success
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, changing and developing environment with changing structures and procedures
