Inchcape is an independent, multi-brand car distributor, operating in countries on five continents.

We are present in 40 countries and act as an important strategic partner for the world’s leading premium and luxury brands, for whom we provide an effective and customer-oriented route to market.

In Belgium and Luxembourg, we are the official distributor of Toyota and Lexus.Last year we’ve launched our new fully electric brand BYD. And last but not least we’ve also launched BravoAuto, our new used car center in Machelen. Our Belgian head office is located in Zaventem.

In your final year of communications and/or marketing studies, and looking for an insightful first work experience through an internship with the world’s leading car brand?

Then wait no longer and apply as PR & Marketing Intern for the brands Toyota and Lexus.

As PR & Marketing Intern, you will support the PR & Marketing Manager with the following projects:

  • Public Relations:
  • Press database management
  • Press fleet management (support with press car reservations, info send-out, …)
  • Press releases management (support with copywriting, publishing on press rooms, …)
  • Press trip management (support with invitations, liaise with agencies, logistics, …)
  • Influencer management (support with influencer selection for events / trips, …)
  • Results tracking & reporting
  • Supporting PR plan development
  • Marketing:
  • Campaign management (agency briefing, concept development, follow-up, …)
  • Social media management (post development with agency, follow-up, …)
  • Project management
  • Competitor analysis

Your profile:

  • You are available for 3 – 4 months, full time (remote working possible) from September-November/December 2023 or from February-March/April 2024
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
  • You are in your last Bachelor or Master year, preferably in communications and/or marketing
  • You are proactive, open-minded, and motivated to learn.
  • You want to get a solid work experience in a sector full of change.
