A Prophix Product Adoption Consultant is a dynamic individual looking to transition into a fast paced, customer-oriented role. The position will report to the VP Customer Experience - International as part of the Customer Success Team and will work extensively with various internal and external clients.

What You Will Do at Prophix

The successful candidate will have strong inter-personal skills, be mature and confident when dealing with high level customer executives within the Office of the CFO. We are looking for an individual who will proactively seek solutions for our clients’ various issues. As there is a large degree of interaction with our clients, the position requires an individual who is comfortable and confident when working on-site and/ or remotely with our customers. The ideal candidate has the right mix of technical aptitude and business experience.

  • Support customers enrolled in the Continuous Success Package. Including but not limited to:
    • Ensuring successful product adoption
    • Providing guidance on user enablement
    • Advising on solution model design
    • Identifying opportunities for footprint expansion
  • Lead issue resolution with various clients, including
    • Client management
    • Solution design
    • Performance testing
    • Solution testing
    • Client training
  • Lead cloud migration projects, end-to-end, from initiation of migration through to parallel run and go-live
  • Support clients via initiatives aimed at improving both the customer experience and customers’ product experience
  • Take a lead role on various internal process improvement projects

What You Will Bring to Prophix

To shine in this role, you will bring a rare combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Financial or other Enterprise software solutions as an end-user, implementer or in a support capacity
  • Experience in Corporate Performance Management space (i.e. Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting or Consolidations solutions) is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Computing, Business or Finance/Accounting
  • Your most important asset is your problem-solving ability to diagnose and logically resolve customer problems using experience, good judgement and acquired knowledge of Prophix Software
  • Possess strong business and entrepreneurial skills
  • Have superior communication and presentation skills
  • Manage multiple clients or projects concurrently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Academic or practical knowledge of Accounting and/or Finance (i.e. Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, or Consolidation processes) is preferred
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English. Additional proficiency in both spoken and written French (and Dutch) a strong asset
  • Accounting experience is a definite asset
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally across of levels of the organization
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with many competing priorities
