We work alongside an ever-expanding network of over 100 dealers in 30 countries who sell and support our world-class machinery.

We deal with the sales and marketing of construction and material handling equipment across Europe and are constantly looking for motivated new colleagues to join our team.

Product Marketing Manager

What can you expect in this challenging role?

Delivering the right products with the right price and specification into the right region has never been more important. In this key role, you will lead our product and pricing teams to define and deliver strategies that will help expand our product portfolio and increase sales volumes, profits and market share. The position will have budget responsibility for each product line and will support the regular forecasting exercise.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring industry-leading product attributes and customer benefits are delivered, based on the “voice of the customer”
• Leading and developing our product and pricing teams so that they work together on supporting our business growth.
• Working with the wider marketing team to bring new products to market with strong, impactful customer messaging.
• Developing and presenting strong commercial business cases for new products, options and cost revisions.
• Reviewing similar products in the industry to ensure we remain competitive.
• Leading and directing pricing strategy formulation and taking necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.
• Delivering pricing and product differentiation across our machine ranges that is presented logically to our customers and dealers.
• Making sure product and commercial priorities are set, ensuring the key requirements of our regional sales teams are delivered.
• Playing a pivotal role in setting out the new product development strategy, including preparing and presenting product and pricing plans to internal stakeholders.

You are an experienced and inspiring people manager, having worked in an international role,

where you made a clear impact.

You think strategically and have an outstanding commercial insight.

You are a born communicator.

Pricing, profitability and product management are your key areas where financial analysis and

critical thinking skills come naturally.

You are well-organised and can manage multiple projects, sometimes with competing objectives.

You have a strong background in both product management and strategic pricing.

You thrive on forecasting, budgeting and developing and defending business cases.

You are proficient in English (a must) and ideally fluent in German or French.

You understand the Construction Equipment industry and are passionate about its engineering and innovation.
