工作内容

As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and support of Image Sensor products and their related technical challenges and changes.

You will work together with global functional teams such as design/test/process/reliability engineering , … to take a technical challenge from concept or problem identification to production release or final solution.

Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring initiative, originality, ingenuity and excellent problem-solving skills

The various tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Be part of the development of a new product by focusing on test and qualification
  • Make the product sustainable by working on yield and test issues
  • Develop and validate changes related to the process, supplier, acceptance criteria, ..
  • Improve overall product quality and drive to zero customer returns
  • Drive failure analysis investigations and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications
  • Master Degree (preferable in Electronics) with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Good basic knowledge of digital and analogue electronics
  • Experience with programming languages, by preference Python, C++
  • Able to learn the details of CMOS image sensors quickly
  • Able to work with std lab equipment (eg. Oscilloscope)
  • Organizational skills
  • Good communication skills (English is the working language)
  • Eye for detail, accuracy driven
  • Problem solving skills, risk-based decision making skills, .
  • Flexible to travel (max. 4x/year)
  • Flexible to work in clean room occasionally
