What to expect

Define the future of E&I for cross-border payments

• Work with our Strategy team and other Product Tribes to explore new potential opportunities for product development in adjacent areas that are important to the E&I process;
• In collaboration with Business Development colleagues, define customer segmentation, positioning and adoption plans of the current Case resolution offering;
• Facilitate community workshops, in collaboration with our Standards colleagues, to support the community in defining new ISO20022 E&I flows, extending the value of a central E&I solution to the entire SWIFT Community.
• Define and validate product roadmap through customer working group(s) in coordination with Customer Engagement squad;
• Follow-up the development of this roadmap with engineering team(s), including the coordination of potential dependencies with other squads and product tribes;
• Working with relevant squads, ensure readiness for SWIFT, vendors and customers on the developed solutions;
• Working with Customer eXperience teams, define the customer journey from awareness to go-live, ensuring a comprehensive product and services offering that supports adoption;

• Ability to network effectively across the company, securing mindshare and commitment to the initiatives you’ll be leading;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with a wide range of internal stakeholders, external working groups, national member groups, user groups and clients;
• Facilitation and problem solving skills;
• Strong leadership, exhibiting end-to-end ownership and accountability;
• Strong motivation and perseverance combined with the ability to understand the big picture (risks, dependencies) and the competence to track the details;
• Proven ability to contribute in a diverse, multi-cultural, multi-country team environment and the ability to work independently;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent written and spoken English.
