THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a E2E Program Manager to join its PMO team.

With a strong experience in project and program management, you join PMO Team which has three main objectives:
  • Manage the portfolio of projects/programs to ensure that transformational initiatives will effectively support the business strategic objectives.
  • Ensure the appropriate use of relevant portfolio and project management processes & tools to support the strategy execution and the delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage main strategic projects/programs requiring a strong collaboration and alignment among various stakeholders.

Directly reporting to the Head of PMO, as end-to-end Program Manager, your mission is to manage multiple projects throughout their life cycle and the macro-management of dependencies and transversal collaboration among the G1 organization.

YOUR ROLE
  • Initiate a project by clarifying and aligning stakeholders on objectives, scope (business needs), planning/budget high-level, and constraints/dependencies with other projects
  • Plan the project by defining the activities and resources required to deliver the project, taking into account buffers & risk mitigation actions
  • Oversee the execution of the project in collaboration with the Business and all teams involved
  • Ensure clear and concise communication within the project team and to stakeholders (Sponsor, Steering Committee, Investment Committee, IT Staff,...)
  • Lead the project committees (Steering committee, Weekly status, etc)
  • Check that the project is progressing according to plan (timing, budget), control risks, and arbitrate project constraints
  • Propose and activate corrective actions if necessary
  • Collect final acceptance from all stakeholders (GO/NO GO) and coordinate efforts around the release (release, hyper care, training, users support)
  • Carry out a REX and ensure the transfer to the Run activities (post-project)
  • Be part of the culture and rituals around agility.
  • Promote the quality of deliverables (quality approach and coordination of testing).

YOUR PROFILE
  • You have a master’s degree or at least 5 years of professional experience.
  • You have experience in managing a wide variety of IT projects
  • You master the Waterfall & Agile Scrum methodologies, and you have experience in a hybrid environment applying both methodologies.
  • You demonstrate a real ability to analyze, step back and synthesize.
  • You can structure your approach and your communication.
  • You have a very good ability to communicate with a wide variety of profiles.
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • You have a result- and solution-oriented mindset and approach
  • You are proactive in identifying and solving problems
  • Experience in the gaming sector is a strong plus.
  • You are proactive and assertive in dealing with your colleagues.
  • You can manage your priorities.
  • You enjoy working in a team environment and can work independently.
  • You demonstrate impeccable integrity.
