As a Project & Customer Experience Manager at AMS, you are responsible for the practical set-up and rollout of customized learning projects for our customers. From the moment a client has signed-in, you will lead the complete learning & development project lifecycle of multiple (complex) L&D learning projects. This entails ensuring they meet stated goals within the constraints of time, budget, and scope while keeping everyone updated and fostering positive as well as productive client relationships. You will be responsible for creating and overseeing a customer experience that delights both program sponsors and attendees but also adds up to the overall quality, efficacy and value of the learning experience. You are part of a team of client managers and learning coaches, along with cross-functional partners of the R&V, marketing, learning solutions and IT business units.

Key tasks

  • End to end follow-up of all operational processes in a learning project, from planning, over execution and project closure
    • Planning of teachers, classrooms, catering,...;
    • Gather and distribute teaching/learning materials (presentations, books, articles);
    • Manage/update our (e-)learning platforms;
    • Initiate and manage all communications with customers, students, faculty and internal staff;
    • Identify new business opportunities among existing customers and escalate back to the client manager.
  • Budget Control
    • Closely monitor the budget for each learning project in all stages of execution;
    • Follow-up on teacher cost, purchase orders and invoicing, in close cooperation with the learning and development advisor and the finance department.
  • AMS customer experience
    • Ensure a positive learning experience from the moment the student/company has signed-in to start a program/project/product trajectory until closure;
    • Act as the first point of contact for questions/suggestions.
  • You have a strong affinity with Learning & Development, previous experience in the sector is a clear plus;
  • You have proven experience in program or project management, including direct external client interaction;
  • You have strong relationship skills – ability to interface with all levels of the AMS and clients organization, including faculty and C-level executives;
  • You have excellent organizational skills and a rigorous approach to creating and maintaining detailed road maps;
  • You have a clear customer focus and are willing to go the extra mile to keep your external and internal customers happy;
  • You are a team player and you thrive in a self-steering team. You are not afraid to take up responsibilities and make your own decisions within the scope of your function;
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch. A working knowledge of French is a plus.
