Are you looking for a new challenge as Project Manager in the Mons area? Do you have experience in construction / building, HVAC? Do you have a perfect knowledge of English as well as French?We are recruiting a Project Manager with min. 5 years experience in HVAC for construction projects in Mons.You will work for a company that provides comprehensive services related to the construction and operation of buildings forgovernment agencies as well as state and international organizations, especially government agencies of the United States.The company’s activities include consulting on planning and execution of building and industrial construction projects as well asfacility management and energy management of the property and its facilities. Both engineers and architects with extensive experience in these areas implement the customer requests IAW European and American requirements.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination and supervision of suppliers and subcontractors
  • Organize and coordinate the works on the site
  • Coordinate with Clients’ representatives on site and participate in regular meetings
  • Perform the work in accordance with the contract conditions, design, technical knowledge and time schedule
  • Prepare and update general time schedule of the work
  • Procurement, Negotiation and Supervision of subcontractors
  • Preparation and Submission of Technical Submittals to Client
  • Management in accordance with the Site Quality Control System
  • Development of a Project Safety Plan and Safety Supervision on site
Profil
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architect or Technician
  • Specialization in execution of buildings
  • At least 5 years of experience in work of a similar nature
  • Thorough knowledge of technical building standards
  • Sense of overall responsibility for the project from start to handover
  • Language skills: English, communicative and in writing
  • Driving license
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel), Primavera would be an advantage
