**YOUR MISSION** ????

Responsible for leading product management for Inbound Solutions, helping to set product strategy and implementing the product development roadmap. You will be Project managing key initiatives, including ZirConic and FalConic. Facilitating the Inbound Solutions Portfolio,

driving Innovation and new market development opportunities.

** YOUR GOALS ** ????

  • Contribute with insights to the product Strategy (PMR of Inbound Solutions) - exemplative list below:
  • Market research
  • Identifying opportunities
  • Product definition
  • Monitoring performance
  • Iterative improvements
  • Risk Management
    • Prepare ad-hoc reporting that communicates project results
    • Track and communicate progress across a range of existing and future projects
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
    • Dealing with several teams across multiple countries/regions
    • Being able to transpose knowledge to another field
    • Define a clear vision and mission for our products and support the business to achieve the growth ambitions and aligns with our goals.

    ** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**????

    • Project Management qualification (example Prince 2),
    • Supply Chain & Operations knowledge ,
    • Previous Customer-facing role experience,
    • Sustainability insights or high interest in sustainability,
    • Project management of large complex Initiatives,
    • Intellectual curiosity and good Communication skills
    • Desirable Qualifications Six Sigma – Green belt
