Job Description
As a Process Validation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities include participating in functional meetings, performing periodic reviews of cleaning processes, coordinating re-qualification studies, and providing support to cleaning projects. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including validation, production, and laboratories, to maintain validated states and address deviations.
Responsibilities
- Attend and actively contribute to functional meetings essential for the execution of assigned activities.
- Perform periodic reviews of cleaning processes a production departments to control the validated state.
- Coordinate and execute yearly re-qualification studies at IPTs, with a focus on one primary IPT and serving as a backup for another.
- Provide assistance to cleaning projects’ development and validation, covering partswashers, Clean In Place (CIP), and manual cleaning methods.
- Coordinate activities with validation, production, and laboratories.
- Schedule appointments with production and laboratories.
- Create Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) requests.
- Execute studies and evaluate data results.
- Support the monitoring program for potential cross-contamination by sampling non-product contact surfaces.
- Administer and conduct root cause analysis for deviations.
Profile
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in chemistry/sciences/pharmaceutics or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Processes, Validation, and Project Management.
- Proficient technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of English (speaking, writing, reading).
- Fluent, communicative, diplomatic.
- Team player, collaborative.
- Motivated to work in a challenging environment.
- Interest in working on the shop floor.
- Quality and scientific mindset.
- Action-oriented, analytical thinking.
- Flexible and committed.
