Manufacturer Of Innovative Medical Instruments Is Seeking AnR&D EngineerH&O Equipments is a market-leading creator and manufacturer of leading-edge cryosurgery medical instruments, founded in 1998.Our devices are used in Podiatry, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Gynecology and General Practice, as well as in Veterinary Medicine, Aesthetics & Medical Spas. With headquarters and manufacturing in Belgium, and offices in the United States, we are active in 60 countries.
  • manage the development of new products, from the earliest stages to series production, in close collaboration with the Production and Quality Departments.
  • responsible for the improvement of the current manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • provide the necessary technological oversight.
  • Master in Industrial or Civil Engineering, specialized in mechanics or electro-mechanics.
  • 2+ years’ work experience in a technical field.
  • Interest and/or experience in the medical field is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, French or Dutch.
  • Practical knowledge of Solidworks.
  • Coding experience could be a plus
  • Working according to a quality management system is a must, as you work with medical devices. You will be expected to set up work plans and keep them up to date.
  • Academic research skills
  • Team player, but able to work autonomously.
  • Rigorous analytical mind.
  • Punctual, creative and results-driven.
  • Manual driver’s licence B
