As a R&D Project Lead - Sterility Assurance within our Clinical Nutrition R&D team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the sterility and safety of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, validation, and regulatory compliance — all while contributing to innovations that improve patient outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as the Sterility Assurance lead on cross-functional product development teams.
  • Design and execute microbiological experiments and interpret technical data.
  • Develop and review validation protocols, reports, and rationale statements.
  • Support sterilization validation projects (e.g., moist heat, irradiation).
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, Quality System Regulations, and other applicable standards.
  • Contribute to technical feasibility assessments and process improvements.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets for assigned activities.

What You’ll Bring
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Life Sciences (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology).
  • 2–4 years of experience in QC/QA microbiology or sterility assurance in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sterilization technologies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude.
