- Search & secure the best warehouse locations in various cities in Belgium
- Identify the right opportunities and close them quickly to support us in becoming the leading quick grocery player in Belgium
- Work with our managing directors to analyze the financial and operational feasibility of potential new locations
- You are responsible for the whole deal. From finding the property to closing and negotiating everything
- Simultaneously handle a variety of deals across the whole Belgium
- Responsible for negotiation and signing process within the set timeline
- Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 2–3 years years of experience in retail real estate
- Comfortable working in a high paced environment
- Strong real estate network in Belgium
- Outstanding negotiation skills and proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- You are commercially driven, like to take ownership and are willing to go the extra mile
- Very good communication skills, native in Dutch and fluent written and spoken in English
