Your mission...
As a recruiter, you will search for candidates through job boards, social media, job fairs, schools, etc. You closely monitor your candidates and communicate with them about the status of their applications. You conduct interviews with qualified candidates. You present Fortior in an enthusiastic, clear and convincing manner. You report directly to the HR manager.
Your skills...
• You have previous experience within the external or internal placement of sales profiles.
• You have sufficient people skills and empathy.
• You are fluent and enjoy social contact.
• You keep the overview and are organizationally strong.
• You are solution-oriented and do not shy away from challenges.
• Language knowledge (by order of importance): Dutch / French / English.
