Procurement contributes directly to the reputation and performance of the group by securing supplies, finding the optimum total cost of ownership and, moreover it contributes to the development of new businesses. This results in savings throughout the chain of value, lowering the requirement for working capital and obtaining new goods and services. It is achieved through negotiation, collaboration or partnership with the suppliers.Within the Finance & Process Management Organization, the candidate will support the procurement organization department as Request To Pay Process Expert.
He/She will be responsible for the R2P process design and the process performance. This includes the accountability for the end to end R2P process design.
He/She will actively working with the Corporate/Regional/Local Procurement Management.
Profile :
You have experience with the new technologies and strong knowledge of ERP tools especially in the SAP suite (MM, Inventory, Logistics, FI/CO modules, MDM, PIR, MRP, Source List, Consignments, sub-contracting, … areas).
You are interested in new technologies and digitalization.
You have good knowledge of processes in the Procurement domain.
You have an analytical and process-oriented mind.
You have experience with the most common project management methodologies.
You demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills from end-user to senior management.
Role and Responsibilities :
Defines the processes, objectives, KPIs and measures that are aligned with the organization strategies.
Monitors and reports process performance against KPIs and plans.
Identifies systems and /or processes gaps and suggests improvement plans in order to reduce risks, increase precision of procurement information to support business analysis and decision making, reduce time spent of transactions and report generation.
Supports and participates to the Operational Excellence and Digitalization activities.
Interacts continuously with key stakeholders, procurement organisations, Shared Services Center, IT, …)
Delivers result & issue solving, creating consensus leading to decision making;
Leads the change management activities within the projects.
Supports users in their procurement activities.

Project management : ability to independently manage projects and to take the lead in solving potential issues.
Good understanding of the Process management and Digitalization.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Communication skills: ability to persuade and drive the changes.
Team working.
Flexible and results oriented.
Ability to understand the customers and transform their requirements into efficient & effective processes.
Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, SharePoint …)
ERP (SAP)
Requirements:
University degree (preferable in Supply Chain/Logistics).
Solid background in procurement and in projects related to procurement.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics.
Result oriented and good analytical skills.
Good level of written & verbal communications (EN/FR and/or NL).
Ready to travel across Europe (+/- 20%)
