To help us achieve this mission we are looking for an enthusiastic commercial person that wants to kick-start their sales career by joining one of the fastest growing listed tech companies as a Sales Development Representative in our Mechelen office.

In this role you will be part of an experienced team with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and other Field Account Executives following the SaaS sales methodology. You will be able to learn and grow as a Sales Professional in a team with a lot of potential. You will sell Messaging solutions like WhatsApp, AppleBusiness Chat, Google RCS and also be responsible for Ticketing for events. Next to this we sell AI Chatbot technology on Enterprise level which is a gamechanger in customer service.

What you’ll do

  • Follow-up of inbound leads through a variety of tools like, phone, email and social channels;
  • Online consultancy calls with multiple decision makers of prospects and partners;
  • Identifying key decision makers and find out the budget when you are talking to potential customers;
  • Arranging appointments / meetings for your Sales colleague;
  • Prepare pipeline and forecasts reports;
  • Organize demo appointments with prospects;
  • Ensure that our CRM is always up to date.

You have the freedom to show your entrepreneurship and create sales ready leads and gain the confidence to work independently.

We are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration or similar field of study preferred;
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Commercial drive with fluent communication skills in English and Dutch. French is a preferable.
  • Located in travel distance of our Mechelen office.
