To strenghten our belgian team, we are looking for a dynamic intern for the position of sales assistantand will work for the brands Eucerin (brand N°3 in the dermo-cosmetics market) and Hansaplast for the pharmacy channels (pharmacies, parapharmacies and online retailers). You will closely work with the Eucerin sales team in supporting our business in the broadest sense. You will support the sales filed manager, the shopper & customer manager, the e-content manager and the KAMs.

Sales field manager / sales assistant support :

• Create order forms, free goods forms, inquiries, assortment lists per customer group;
• Maintain and update CRM system;
• Send exchange products, fidelity cards, free goods and samples for customers;
• Edit visit documents per customers;
• Implementation of the Eucerin products in the shelf at POS;
• Efficiently handle e-mails, calls, demands for material from the sales representatives

Key Account Management & e-commerce support :

• Create materials for customers and onliners;
• Submit all information on new products to customers;
• Support in creation of promotion plan;
• Support in sell-out analysis (per customers);
• Price Tracking

Shopper & Customer support :

• Support in creation of promotion and displays;
• Create material for POS (point of sales);
• Direct communication with different design agencies;
• Support in development of the sales book

Our new ideal intern:

• Is currently doing a bachelor or master degree in Marketing or other related studies;
• Has an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch or English and French;
• Is full-time available for 6 months(5 days a week) as from January 2024;
• Demonstrates accuracy, is well organized and pays attention to details;
• Is passionate and has a result-driven approach;
• Is a strong communicator, both in written (good spelling & flow) and verbal;
• You are a team player, taking initiatives and capable of working independently;
• Has a good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
