What You Will Do

You will pursue new business opportunities and build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and key decision makers. You, as a charismatic networker, will partner, proactively reach out and engage internal and external contacts in order to build powerful relationships.

As a Surgical Sales Representative at Stryker, you’ll deliver value to the Customer by identifying and satisfying their needs with our wide and state-of-the-art product portfolio, leveraging your product and procedural knowledge and quick thinking to solve challenges. You’ll always be available to train doctors, nurses and other staff to properly use and maintain our life-changing products.
  • You will be planning and executing quarterly and annual business plans
  • You will negotiate deals, pricing and managing contracts and terms of transactions within your territory
  • You will analyze territory market potential and prioritizing call patterns accordingly
  • You will manage and maintaining your sample inventory of surgical products
  • You will be present in-theatre/ operation room to execute trials and provide technical verbal support
You
  • Bring your energy and sales spirit to grow the Surgical Business
  • You have about 2-3 years of experience, but if you are a newly graduate with a degree in Business combined with the right attitude , you will for sure be considered
  • Are a Flemish/Dutch native speaker and fluent in English
  • Bring a strong commercial personality
  • You are a strong Team Player and have a customer friendly behaviour
  • Get up in the morning to win and energize your team
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills combined with excellent organizational skills
