WHAT YOU BRING IN

  • You have an academic degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • You have an excellent trackrecord of at least 4 years.
  • You combine a passion for audit and a passion for the non-profit sector.
  • You have an analytical mindset and a natural drive.
  • You speak Dutch, French and English.
  • You coach and encourage a team of junior auditors.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You monitor the financial and business processes of our clients and you map business and audit risks within the non-profit sector.
  • You understand the design and efficiency of the financial administration of non-profit entities and you identify control measures put in place, related to all financial systems and flows.
  • You perform advanced financial analysis – historical and predictive – considering budgets and operational data, including key performance indicators.
  • You analyse the compliance with regulatory environment – IFRSs/BGAAP, Economic Law, Company Law, … and relevant to the non-profit sector.
  • You develop service proposals and initiating contacts with potential and existing clients.
  • You contribute to advisory projects in function of capacities and particular interests.
  • You coach and supervise junior members of the audit team.
