For the Benelux, we are looking for a driven Financial Senior Controller and be part of the Benelux Finance Team.

You will be the Finance Business Partner (Financial Planning & Analysis) for the two Business Units; Dermo-Cosmetics & Personal Care on the one hand and Pharmaceutical Care on the other hand on the Benelux markets. That encompasses support to Sales, Marketing, Commercial Supply Chain and Medical.


Your main missions will be

  • :Development of the annual budget and the multiple year plan’
  • sRegular Updates of the Business and Financial Outlook through the Rolling Forecast Proces
  • sPerformance monitoring and improvement through the follow-up of the P&L’s, budgets, investments, monthly reporting’s and ad hoc analysi
  • sDevelopment and management of the KPI’s / dashboard
  • sSupport to decision-making process with financial analysis and model
  • sPreparation of the information for the external and internal auditor
  • sClose collaboration with the Group Controllers to ensure compliance with group processes and procedure
  • sContributor to the Internal Control Environmen
  • tThe Senior Controller reports to the Director Finance & Operations Benelux
