About the RoleAre you a change agent who can drive change of mindset by inspiring and influencing others? Do you excel at articulating security messages into tangible behaviors? We are looking for a passionate and skilled Human Security Specialist to help define and drive our security awareness roadmap with the objective to educate SWIFT employees on security threats and behaviors.

As part of the team, you will drive and/or contribute to a number of key initiatives:

  • Create and drive Security Awareness for newcomers

  • Maintain the right level of security awareness for SWIFT staff through various channels of communication and education

  • Contribute to the evolution of the Security Awareness roadmap

  • Support the organization to maintain a right level of Security Awareness by providing relevant reporting and recommendations

  • Test the security knowledge and behaviors of SWIFT staff through regular Human Security Phishing campaigns

We are seeking motivated professionals with relevant work experience in the cyber security environment.

  • Pro-active, transparent and trusted team player

  • Autonomous, empowered with the ability to adapt and respond to change

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) osition-L50.docx

  • Experience with PowerPoint or presentation software, graphics, and user design

  • Fluent with MS-Excel

  • Experience/awareness of security-related topics

  • Knowledge in collaborative tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) will be an advantage

  • Minimum 4-5 years in a similar role
