We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team at Diegem. As a senior Project Manager you will be leading high profile and challenging projects for our corporate clients or piloting various smaller projects from other colleagues.

Core responsibilities
  • You are responsible for multiple contracts/projects for the company
  • You lead to reach customer satisfaction where technical, industrial, financial, and time constraints demand decisive leadership
  • As such, you manage and coordinate external (Customer, partners, suppliers, sub-contractors) teams with the capacity to guide and direct others to deliver
  • Manage the project activities focusing on financial and strategic growth
  • Model, follow and improve the results on the project by identifying solutions and managing risk and opportunities.
  • Correct use of the CBRE GWS procedures and tools
  • Piloting successful deliveries of projects
  • You manage and coordinate the internal Project Team to achieve the results (Training, mentoring and motivating staff on project teams)
  • Managing customer relationship
Requirements
  • Master in construction, engineering or architecture
  • Management courses are a plus
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in projects in a corporate environment
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/industrial projects is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Autocad and MS Office, including Excel and MS Project
  • Diplomatic and constructive approach
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Team player, great communication skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Problem solving and decision making
