Senior Software Project Manager (Freelance or payroll)

Your role at ACA
As a Project Manager, you work closely together with the project team members of the customer, ACA and other parties involved and steer projects to successes.
You make sure that projects get delivered in line with (contractual) agreements, budgets and timings, conform the expected quality standards of both the customer and ACA Group. You strive for customer satisfaction while balancing the interests of all involved parties and stakeholders. You report directly to ACA’s management and customer’s decision takers.
Do you have what it takes?
Hard skills
You have several years of experience in managing custom built projects in the Java technology stack.
You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
You are flexible in managing projects in our Hasselt office, or on premise of our customer in the region of Brussels / Leuven / Limburg.
You have experience in steering Agile projects to success.
We consider it as a plus when you hold an industry recognised project management certificate.
Soft skills
You are proactive and get things done.
You are a good facilitator and team player.
You are assertive with good and effective communication skills.
