Senior Supply Chain Consultant (permanent employees & independent experts welcome).Our Senior Consultants are multi-faceted people who have a good knowledge of the day-to-day workings of an organization, and certainly have a great ability to analyse different aspects of business operations. They build and recommend innovative solutions to improve productivity, reduce expenditure and utilise technology to achieve long-term business goals.As a Senior Supply Chain Consultant, you will join our team of highly experienced supply chain consultants and advise our clients with their most challenging questions. You use your knowledge and experience to transform our clients’ supply chain planning/S&OP activities and processes.EXCITING RIGHT? :) AND MORE PRECISELY, YOU WILL HELP ORGANIZATIONS IN THEIR TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY THROUGH OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
  • Working on operational excellence action plans to improve clients’ performance => ACT
  • Analyzing key processes and proposing solutions => SIMPLIFY and IMPROVE
  • Making and presenting eye catching and mind-blowing presentations => SHOWCASE
  • Implementing solutions and support teams until sustainable results are achieved => COACH
  • Onboard and train young consultants to develop their talents => INSPIRE
  • Making the implementation of the corporate strategy a smooth, efficient and happy track => FACILITATE
  • Tracking results and seeking for continuous improvement => LEARN/IMPROVE/GET RESULTS
  • Becoming a reliable and trustworthy to everyone in the company => BUILD TRUST
RequirementsOK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?
  • A master’s degree in Business/Civil Engineering or Economics and at least 3 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience
  • Passionate about Supply Chain Planning/S&OP in a global context with a proven track record of helping clients in this domain
  • Business user or implementation experience with a Supply Chain Planning tool (OMP or Kinaxis)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, keen to continuously being on the look-out for the consulting value propositions of the future
  • You speak both English and French ! (ok, German would be ideal too :) )
  • Experience in Life Science, Chemicals, Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry is a plus
