Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

  • Proven experience in IT Service Delivery ;
  • Previous Experience in supporting "Follow Me" printing solutions ;
  • Work Experience (5+) with the Management of multiple print servers at remote locations .

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in multinational environments.

Duties/role:

  • Delivering day-to-day service within the agreed performance levels;
  • Resolving the Incidents and Service Requests related to the printing service and coordinating technical activities with local and remote IT support units;
  • Maintaining working relationship with external contractors in close coordination with the Service Delivery Manager.
