For our client, a big player in the Belgian banking sector, we are currently looking for a Servicenow software engineer.

The team, which is part of the Cyber & IT Risk Management department is looking to expand their SERVICENOW workforce.

The ServiceNow services include analyzing, designing and testing of processes and automated functionalities on the ServiceNow platform (e.g. self-service portal, incident management, asset management, staging of servers etc.

The team is also responsible for the automation of certain ITE processes, i.e. Asset Management, Configurations Management, Service Agreements Management, Releases Management, Incidents Management, Problems Management, Continuity Management and Operations Management.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

- Analyzing, designing and testing of process automations implemented on the ServiceNow platform (build is executed by our CZ Global Competence Center).

- Analyzing, designing and testing integrations between ServiceNow (in the cloud) and (on-premise/cloud) applications (build is executed by CZ Global Competence Center & API gateway team).

- Listening to the needs of the business and translating automation requirements into Fit for Purpose solutions.

- Handling complex incidents related to ServiceNow.

- Coordinating with other parties involved in software engineering.

- Fluent in English is a must (international collaboration) and Dutch is a big plus

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, technology and processes.

- Good analytical and technical skills.

- Curious to continuously explore and learn new things.

- Pragmatic attitude, as Fit for Purpose solutions is the primary objective.
