Solar Solution Manager - Brussels - €60,000 - 90,000 + Benefits

I am currently working with a multinational technology corporation who are hiring for a Solar Solution Manager to join their team in Brussels.

They are a rapidly expanding company that designs, develops, manufactures and salls telecommunications equipment, consumer electronics and rooftop solar products.

They have an office in Brusells and operate following a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and suggest the sales strategy/product roadmap
  • Communicate with customers to collect and analyze the technical demands
  • Carry out technical sales presentations and technical training for the stakeholders
  • Provide technical (pre)sales support for stakeholders, distributors and installers
  • Support customers with Solar PV System (high-level) design for projects.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the Solar-PV market in the Netherlands.
  • Science or Engineering education background would be beneficial
  • A fast learner who understand complex system functionality
  • Ideally, experience working with B2B Utility customers, Distributors, Resellers
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (mandatory requirement), French speaker is a plus
