Your challenge

As a Solution Consultant, you get the best of both worlds. You get to deep dive into one of our industry-specific solutions, focusing on improving the OMP software solution and enriching its functionality. And as part of a project team, you implement the solution at our customer’s locations and gather input about their needs. In short, you ensure that high-quality, well-tested, and documented solutions are delivered and implemented.

You Are Responsible For
  • Collecting and formulating business requirements and translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Continuously improving our solution and developing new functionalities.
  • Validating new functionalities with the different stakeholders.
  • Implementing the solution from start to finish, together with the customer’s project team.
  • Offering expert knowledge in customer projects throughout and after the implementation.
Your team

As our new Solution Consultant, you‘ll be part of the Customer Solutions team. Customer Solutions helps customers master their supply chain by finding and implementing innovative solutions. We add value, bring calm to the customer’s work floor, and raise satisfaction for everyone involved.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
  • University degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Engineering, or Computer Sciences.
  • Strong affinity with IT as programming skills are required (macro coding similar to VBA).
  • Great analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communications skills and the ability to connect with different stakeholders.
  • A passion for working in a multinational customer-driven environment.
  • A friendly and open approach to working in a team.
  • The flexibility to travel.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Industry knowledge within chemicals, consumer goods, or life sciences.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Knowledge of a versioning system.
