In its Global Headquarters in Brussels, Mars Petcare has set-up a Global Strategy and Transformation team, reporting to Global Petcare CFO. The team focuses its efforts on serving the company’s senior executives by answering their key strategic questions and supporting them in the deployment of their initiatives. The team is also accountable for providing strategic vision for Mars Petcare, covering growth, digitalization and costs agendas.

The team operates In a very agile way, with broad / cross divisions / cross functional teams.

Global Strategy Team is critical to develop and deploy strategy across Petcare and drive key transformations / interventions to improve performance and value creation (strategy / OGSM, growth acceleration, digitalization and costs agenda)

This team is typically career accelerator, enabling to have strong impact, high visibility, broad perspective on the segment and develop the strategic skills

What are we looking for?
  • Education & Professional Qualifications Master, MBA Knowledge / Experiencee FMCG, Veterinary Health
What will be your key responsibilities?

The purpose of the Strategy and Transformation team is to be a catalyst for change by:
  • Driving and supporting the strategy development for Mars Petcare segment (OGSM development and tracking)
  • Supporting successful deployment of the Global Petcare strategy, focusing on cross-GBU projects (e.g. the multipliers projects)
  • Supporting M&A process
  • Key part of the role will be to run / support ecosystem projects
  • Driving transformations (e.g. SRM capability build) and market interventions (e.g. specific market support), in collaboration with the business
  • Shaping overall strategic messages for President and CFO – for internal comms, CEO of Mars, Mars Board
  • Strong experience in PMO and ideally Agile ways of working esp. testing ideas in the market quickly
