Robert Half is currently recruiting an Financial Analyst Supply Chain for a fashion company.

Our client is a global fashion company with a European Headquarter in Antwerp.

Would you like to join a dynamic team in the ever-evolving world of Supply Chain Finance? We support our Supply Chain business partners in making critical decisions with financially driven recommendations and analysis. The Financial Analysts Responsibilities include monthly close activities, forecasting, and budgeting and tracking of operational KPIs.

As our Financial Analyst Supply Chain you will;
  • Follow Up Distribution Costs in our EMEA Warehouse (3rd Party Logistics)
  • Analyse and report Supply Chain related Costs (Freight Costs, Duty and Overhead)
  • Support the Standard Costs calculation of our Products sold in Europe
  • Analyse and reconcile Actual Variances versus Standard Costs
  • Provide proper documentation to Accounting to perform journal entries in general ledger related to supply chain activities
  • Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Prepare documentation required for Internal Controls and SOX Processes surrounding Inventory and Margin Variances Areas
  • Ad Hoc - Support Development, Implementation and Streamlining of Reporting
  • Able to work under pressure to continuously meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas and/or deal with difficult situations.
The Requested Qualifications For This Job Include
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or equal by experience
  • First experience as Finance Analyst and/or Cost Accountant is a plus
  • Team Player
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate financial issues with Non-Finance professionals
  • Analytical Skills and attentions to details
  • Self-Confident & Challenging him/herself, the team & the business partner(s)
  • prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines
  • (Basic) Knowledge of Import Regulation(s) in Europe and/or willingness to dive into the subject
  • Advance knowledge of Excel
  • Skill to work in ERP and - with Reporting tools is a plus
  • Language skills: fluent in English.
