We are seeking a Supply Chain Business Process Expert to join our team in the Global Supply Chain department, based at our UCB campus in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium.

About The Role

As a Supply Chain Business Process Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing and implementing business requirements in supply chain processes and systems. You will leverage your expertise to drive efficiency, innovation, and governance across our global operations.

Who You’ll Work With

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the Global Supply Chain department, as well as stakeholders from PVU, Quality, Finance, and Tax departments. Together, you will establish industry-leading practices and drive continuous improvement in supply chain.

What You Will Do

• You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement product flow options, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• You will organize and facilitate testing in supply chain systems, adhering to globally defined testing practices.
• You will develop and maintain product flow library to provide visibility and one single source of truth.
• You will define user requirements for digital opportunities and explore innovative solutions with IT partners.
• You will stay abreast of the latest supply chain innovations and apply them to improve our processes.
• You will orchestrate process governance, develop documentation and lead periodic reviews and initiatives aimed at optimizing our supply chain processes.

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following qualifications, experience, and skills

• You have Master’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
• You will bring extensive experience in supply chain planning or logistics roles within the pharma or food industry.
• You have a strong understanding of SAP and other supply chain management tools.
• You have a proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives.
• You are an excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• You have analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
