Their skillset bridges system design and administration with programming and automation.If this sounds like you, we want you to join our team!What’s your Scope of Responsibilities?In this position, you will be primarily responsible for on-site technical support in our Tongeren Warehouse facility (Belgium). The scope of responsibility includes the support, installation, and troubleshooting of all desktop/laptop-related computers, label printers, RF scanners, software installations, office printers, and basic networking and server support.More SpecificOur System Engineer is responsible for installing and troubleshooting both standard and customized (Warehouse, Repair, Remanufacturing) software on desktops and laptops.Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for quoting, purchasing, and managing local IT services and hardware (laptops, licenses etc.).Understanding and adhering to corporate-related standards is of the utmost importance. We expect you to demonstrate and ensure a strong customer service commitment within our organization.You will collaborate with the IT Global Tier 3 department and corporate IT services to restore services and/or identify problems.Your Experience LevelWe expect our Systems Engineer to have a high degree of technical aptitude over a large scope of IT software, hardware and networking disciplines.Let’s get technical with our desired key technology competencies:Networking

• Routers, switches, firewalls, access points, network circuits, VPN, and load balancers (Cisco: ISE, Meraki, Umbrella, Aruba, Viptela SDWAN, and Palo Alto)

Server Compute

• Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, Windows clustering
• Print Services
• Virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V)

Storage

• NetApp Storage Arrays
• Commvault Immutable Backups

Endpoint

• Operating Systems, Microsoft Windows, MAC/IOS, Linux, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD…)
• Systems Administration: Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Information Security solutions for endpoint threat management.
• Identity and Access Management: Active Directory, Azure AD, SailPoint, Group Policies…
• Management Tools, Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, Autopilot
• RF Barcoding and scanning technologies.

Hardware Technologies

• RF and wireless systems
• Thermal printer (HP, Zebra), barcode scanners, serial and USB communications
