Roles & Responsibilities

KPMG is currently seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the primary recruitment contact to fulfill the hiring needs of a number of specific competency areas within the KPMG organisation;
  • Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: occasionally attending on-campus events, interacting with and developing relationships with candidates, screening applicants, reviewing resumes forinterview selection, managing the offer decision process, extending offers, maximizing offer acceptances; liaison to respective hiring managers in setting hiring strategy and executing strategy in their respective area utilizing a diverse candidate pool and communicating directly with stake holders; responsible for driving the recruiting pipeline and reporting results to the hiring managers;
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute comprehensive recruiting plans with the ability to recruit and develop junior level candidates
  • Establish relationships with partners and other key stakeholders to understand the needs of the different service lines and offices to deliver recruiting initiatives
  • Collaborate with other Recruitment Officers as necessary and execute a consistent recruiting strategy;
  • Collaborate with other human resources functions (i.e. employer branding)

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment;
  • Preferably a native-speaker level in French, with good knowledge in English and Dutch;
  • Experience preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports and sharing with business leaders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with an ability to coordinate multiple projects and processes, in a high-impact environment; experience with ATS And CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, professional maturity, analytical, time and project management and presentations skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties
