工作内容

We are currently looking for a Transport Officer to join our team in Leuven for the next 4 months. As a Transport Officer you get to organise & control the transport of deliveries in order to achieve high standards of transport quality.

Main responsibilities:

  • Preparing the pick-up lists for collection via the SAP transport module and entering the shipments in the relevant transport software
  • Administrative support to Warehouse Operator and Logistics Transport Coordinator
  • Communicating with the haulier in order to ensure the collection on time and forwarding the necessary documents (pick-up lists, invoices, etc.) as agreed
  • Helping the haulier to hand over the delivery
  • Loading of pallets on trucks

Requirements:

  • No specific diploma required
  • First experience in transport/logistics
  • Great command of Dutch, English and French
  • Advanced in MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Strong communicational skills
  • Positive mindset and motivated attitude
