As a Technical Service Administrator you are responsible for the overall service planning, service quotations, and constructive clean-up of service contracts. In this role, you are a member of the Customer Support Team and you will work from the HQ in Mechelen.

Your responsibilities as a Technical Service Administrator:

  • Take care of the Service scheduling process for the company’s direct customer base in Europe, including planning of ad-hoc and preventive maintenance service interventions of the systems in a cost- and time efficient manner
  • First point of contact for 3rd party field service providers for scheduling of activities in the field
  • Responsible for the timely response related to incoming enquiries related to preventive maintenances, thereby guaranteeing adherence to the service level agreements with the customer base
  • Follow up the validity of the existing service contracts and ensure correct invoicing
  • Support and notify KAM’s whenever service quotes or service contracts are required
  • Ensure all systems and records are updated regarding servicing (Portal, invoice spread sheets, Salesforce) to ensure that accurate information is available at all time
  • Service Contracts: clean-up and completion in Salesforce
  • Salesforce Quotes & Opportunities updating and correcting
  • Improvement projects and functionality checks in D365 and Salesforce

What are we looking for?

  • Associate’s degree in Office Administration or scientific, or equivalent through experience and/or training
  • Experiencewithin a Customer Service & Support department is required
  • Fluent in English; Other European language skills are a plus (Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian)
  • Professional communication skills written and orally
  • Ability to deliver detailed and correct information
  • Excellent administrative skills: punctual and detail-oriented
  • Familiar with commercial contract types
  • Thrives in a changing and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SalesForceand ERP systemsis required
  • Available for a temporary period until 31/12/2025
