Core Responsibilities


  • Lead traction on retailer’s stock parameters for example in stock, weeks of cover, in range.
  • Provide clear information updates on stock health towards your sales colleagues as well as customers.
  • Work together with sales, customer service and customers to put in place the right corrective actions to close gaps to stock KPI’s.
  • Drive structural customer operational meetings with key accounts.
  • Work together with customers to increase data coverage.
  • Provide input towards business management meetings to facilitate management decisions with an impact on retail stock.
  • Provide sparring towards sales colleagues and customers on acquiring the right order mix.

You will join the market operations team in Benelux. Its purpose is to make sure that our consumers can find the right products at retailers and that the processes around it happen in the most efficient way.

As Inventory Manager, you will bring value in prioritizing an accurate product mix at retailers, which will lead to an efficient distribution of LEGO products in the market to facilitate getting them in the hands of the shoppers and consumers.

Do you have what it takes?


  • A good understanding of supply chain operations within a retail environment, ideally in a multinational company
  • Strong Analytics skills with the ability to analyze data from multiple sources and resolve a most likely outcome
  • Experience in retail inventory management
  • Skilled in stakeholder management
  • Takes initiative and pro-actively looks for opportunities to improve how we work
  • Able to tackle problems, multi task and prioritise
  • Advanced English both written and verbal
