Purpose Of The Job

You are in charge for developing, executing and optimizing the tradeshows and events strategy for virtual, hybrid & live formats as well as the effective execution.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the strategy and successful execution of every assigned event or tradeshow (messaging, booth graphics, show services, accommodation)
  • Set measurable objectives and dashboard to forecast, measure, analyse and report on impact of events. Distribution of show leads and information and post show report including analysis to determine effectiveness of each event as well as recommendations for similar events.
  • Collaborate with the Business Units to ensure there is a cohesive pre-, at-, and post-event strategy and messaging to increase engagement
  • Oversee the selection of agencies and third party vendors if applicable – manage the vendors and be their Point Of Contact
  • Proactively engage with direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of event activities
  • Forecast and manage the trade show budget, tracking all expenses for complete financial reconciliation.
  • Ensure Professional pre and post event communication with all stakeholders

Your Profile
  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years in the same functional area and in a multi-divisional sales/marketing environment
